Diana FeraruOffice Manager
Diana Feraru has been with the Law Offices of Kenneth S. Feraru, P.C. for 18 years. She is experienced in motor vehicle accident cases, including accident investigation. Diana advocates for our clients’ no-fault insurance, lost wage, property damage, and bodily injury claims. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Kenneth S. Feraru, P.C., she handled corporate F.D.I.C. insurance claims, Security and Exchange Commission claims. She also worked with various Governmental Agencies throughout her time working on Wall Street Firm, such as: Shearson Lehman Bros., Smith Barney (formerly American Express), and Meryl Lynch, among many others. After for working on Wall Street, Diana worked for 8 years as the comptroller for three companies, simultaneously.
Kenneth S. Feraru, Esq.Attorney
Kenneth S. Feraru, Esq. is an experienced Nassau County Long Island Attorney. He has vast experience working on behalf of his clients in a variety of criminal and civil legal matters. Feraru is lifelong resident of Long Island and the surrounding areas. Feraru graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in 1983. He received his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s School of Law in 1993 and has been diligently working for his clients ever since. He is a well known trial attorney in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. His work ethic is unparalleled.
Victor M. Feraru, J.D.Law Clerk
Victor Feraru received his B.A. in English Writing from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC, in 2014. Later, in 2018, he received his Juris Doctorate from SIU School of Law in Carbondale, IL. While in law school Feraru was named one of 20 top law students in the country by the National Jurist Magazine. Feraru has worked for the American Bar Association’s Law Student Division, as its social media editor. Feraru also worked under two U.S. District Court Judges, three separate terms, while in law school. Feraru practiced with his temporary law license in the IL State's Attorney's Office. Feraru also served as a member of an IL State Task Force making policy to minimize the trauma abused children. He is pending admission to the practice of law in Washington, D.C., and New York. He spends his time divided between N.C., and Long Island, NY.
